  • 1 table/ 2 Chairs = Registration
  • 7 Chairs, as the waiting/reading area.  Set these up stadium-style close to registration.  Donors will sit in these chairs to await their turn or while they read their materials.  
  • 1 table / 6 Chairs = Canteen
  • 3 tables / 10 Chairs = Health History Booths
  • 3 Tables / 5 Chairs = Staff needs and equipment
