TUSD Physical Clinic

Free Physical Clinic for Thatcher Students needing a new physical for the 2023-24 school year.  All students from 6th -11th grade are encouraged to attend.  We will be using Final Forms to collect paperwork.  Each student will need to be cleared through this program to be able to participate in summer activities and any tryouts.
